SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Shipping Time Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-5 BUSINESS days (Monday -Friday 9am-5pm EST).

Items from TAKEOVERs may take 2-4 weeks as they are preorder items.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once shipped.

Shipping Costs $8.99 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75

Once an item has been shipped, a shipping fee cannot be refunded.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of receiving.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit. If that does not work for you we can issue a refund back to your payment method with a 10% processing fee which will be deducted to your refund.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: tanning lotion, soap or other hygiene related items, bralettes, shapewear, bathing suits and sale/clearance/Mystery items (any item discounted 20% or more from full retail price)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Review the requirements above and make sure your return qualifies! If so, email us at info@bayleighsboutique.shop (or use the contact form here on our website) to initiate your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be applied to your account

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Mysteries are Final Sale items. This includes items purchased with a coupon code over 20% of a discount. All Items marked on sale are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
